About the Project
Argentium AI specializes in automating document processing for the insurance and financial sectors. Their AI agents can read and understand documents much like a human but operate ten times faster and with greater accuracy. This technology enables employees to focus on more meaningful work, make quicker and more precise decisions, and deliver superior service to clients and partners.
When Argentium AI approached me, they faced a common yet critical challenge — maintaining consistent and engaging LinkedIn posts without the burden of manual effort. They envisioned an automated system that would simplify content management, incorporate validation steps, and ensure the quality and relevance of their posts. This would allow the business owner to concentrate on strategic and creative aspects, leaving the repetitive tasks to automation.
Argenitum's main task is to convey its benefits to its direct clients — brokerage companies. This is their goal and main mission. So that my automation freeing up hands for more important company's tasks — deliver AI powered document processing automation for Insurance and Financial industries.

Scope of Work
To address this challenge, I developed a custom CRM system using Airtable, specifically tailored for LinkedIn content creation and scheduling. Integrating Airtable with Make.com enabled the automation of repetitive processes, ensuring a seamless workflow. I implemented a step-by-step validation process, granting the business owner full control over content and visuals. This setup minimized manual work and streamlined the overall process.
Solution
The solution unfolded in several stages. It began with selecting the appropriate RSS feed and copying it into Airtable, serving as the content source for LinkedIn posts. Organizing these feeds in Airtable created a centralized hub for all content-related tasks.
Next, an automation scenario in Make.com ran daily at 8 AM, pulling RSS feed data from Airtable and pasting the article content and URL back into the CRM. The business owner would review the content and validate it by ticking a designated column in Airtable, ensuring that only approved articles progressed further.
Once an article was validated, the next phase of automation was triggered. A custom mail hook initiated the process, retrieving the approved article from Airtable. Leveraging OpenAI integration, a LinkedIn post was generated based on the article's content, including both a draft post and a prompt for image creation. The CRM was then updated with the ready-to-go LinkedIn post and image prompt, allowing the business owner to choose either the suggested image or upload one of their own.
After the business owner approved both the post and the accompanying image, the final phase of automation was executed. A webhook initiated the publishing sequence by retrieving the finalized post and image from Airtable. Once the image was confirmed for upload, the LinkedIn post was created and published directly to the platform. This seamless integration ensured an efficient process while allowing the business owner to retain control over the final output.

Results
This comprehensive process guaranteed daily LinkedIn posts without manual effort, ensuring a steady online presence. By delegating repetitive tasks to Make, the business owner could focus on strategy and creativity. The validation steps provided full control over content and visuals, maintaining quality and alignment with brand standards. Additionally, the system was designed to grow with the business, allowing for further integrations or enhancements as needed.
This custom CRM and automation solution transformed Argentium AI's LinkedIn content creation process, showcasing the power of combining tools like Airtable and Make.com to solve real business challenges.
